This is one of those Chinese companies that seems to not really exist. The first warning is on the packaging which contains no company name - just "Digital Microscope". The DVD was defective and after 30 minutes of searching for drivers/software to download I finally gave up and returned it because outside of Amazon and this page the company just doesn't exist on the internet as far as I can tell. That aside, the instructions are typical broken English and might as well have not been included. If you know what a USB cable is and where it plugs in then you've read the manual. Better to pay more for a quality product which can be supported because I bet you when a new Windows OS comes out this will no longer work and you won't find ANY support for it.
The adjustments may be the only downfall in this microscope. The views are amazing but it's hard to get focused, this could be that I'm not experienced.
I have no problem with the price tag....way cheaper than most, especially digital microscopes.
Easy set up software, this is the best part, I was able to set this up myself....good microscope at this cheap price.
